Union fears for fire service cuts
Eight fire engines could be lost as part of a shake-up in Norfolk to cut £1.5m from fire budgets by 2014 and increase cover in rural areas.
Fire service managers also want to have smaller back up fire engines and more relaxed response times when dealing with minor incidents.
They are also considering a new fire station at King's Lynn in addition to one yet to open at Trowse in Norwich.
The Fire Brigades Union said cuts and changes would put people at risk.
